Intelligence,
on-chain.

An AI and data engineering team that builds for Web3: agents that act, smart contracts that hold up and on-chain data pipelines that keep up.

Start with a 20 minute call. It costs nothing and you leave with a straight answer.
  1. 01First call

Twenty minutes. Bring one problem. You leave with a plan: how we would solve it, how long it takes and what it costs.

  2. 02Sprint

Two weeks to a testnet prototype you can click through. The riskiest piece gets built first.

  3. 03Build

About eight weeks to a first release, with tests, monitoring and an independent audit before mainnet.

  4. 04Iterate

Release is not the end. We keep tuning, fixing and adding with you in short cycles, until it does exactly what you need.

02 Statement low Motion: words light up as you scroll, three floating capsules inside the sentence, the thread loops past.

Every transaction is public. Almost nobody is watching. We build agents that read the chain in real time, and contracts that move when something matters.

04 The problem medium Motion: a live counter climbs and blocks stack into a chain. NEW pain cards glow in the thread colour on hover.
A city grid at night seen from the air
The gap

The chain is full of signal. Most teams act on very little of it.

01

Agents are already moving money

More than 100 million transactions ran over x402, the payment rail built for agents, on Base through Q1 2026. Chainalysis says much of the early volume was meme coin farming. Either way, software is now moving money on its own, and its limits are whatever the builder remembered to add.

02

Your data is scattered

Every chain, bridge and indexer holds part of the story. L2BEAT tracks 100 live layer 2 and layer 3 networks on Ethereum alone, and Chainalysis found up to $2.57B of suspected wash trading on DEXs in 2024. Decisions built on that data are only as good as the pipeline that cleans it.

03

Audits cover the code, not the keys

In the first half of 2026, key and infrastructure compromises were about 15% of incidents but about 76% of the money stolen. A clean audit says nothing about how a system is operated after launch.

04

Exploits outrun people

In September 2026 attackers went from mint to payout in 36 minutes and drained about $319M from one network. About 85% came back the next day, which is rare. Across the first half of the year only 10.86% of stolen funds were returned, and the average hack was disclosed 17.7 hours after it happened. A person cannot watch at that speed. An agent can.

05 How it works high Motion: scroll moves the page sideways and the thread loops through. NEW staggered panels, guide lines, and a live mini animation in each step.

Built to be trusted with real work

Before an agent touches a customer or a payment, it goes through these four steps.

01

Aggregate

Everything it needs to know, in one place.

Contracts, tickets, databases, inboxes and live feeds, pulled into one memory the agent can search in milliseconds. It answers from your facts, not from guesswork.

02

Coalesce

Scattered facts become one clear judgment.

The agent breaks a task into steps, picks the right tool for each and says so when it is unsure. We run it against your past cases until its calls match the ones your best people made.

03

Govern

It knows exactly what it may not do.

One agent, one job, written down. What it can do alone, what needs a person's sign-off and what is off limits. Every decision is logged with its reason.

04

Sustain

It stays sharp long after launch.

Runs on your cloud, AWS by default, with monitoring, alerts that reach a person and a pause switch you hold. Agents drift as the world changes, so we keep measuring and tuning it with you.

Guardrails

Six limits every agent ships with

An agent with a wallet is a risk until its limits are written down. Ours are enforced in the wallet and the contract, where no prompt can talk its way past them.

Same discipline for the contracts
  • Tested against the real chain. Unit, fuzz and invariant tests, run on forked mainnet state.
  • Audited by someone else. A third party reviews every contract before mainnet. We do not audit our own code.
  • Owned by you. Admin and upgrade rights sit in your multisig. You get a runbook, not a dependency on us.
  1. 01

    It never holds your keys

The agent signs with session keys that expire on their own. Your treasury keys stay with your signers.

    Scoped keys
  2. 02

It cannot spend past its limit

Hard caps per transaction and per day, set by you and enforced in the wallet or the contract, not in the prompt.

    Spend caps
  3. 03

It only touches what you approved

Every contract and function it may call is on a list you sign off. Anything else is refused.

    Allowlists
  4. 04

    It rehearses before it acts

Every transaction is simulated first. If the result is not the one expected, nothing is sent.

    Simulation
  5. 05

Big decisions wait for a person

Above a threshold you set, the agent proposes and one of your people approves.

    Human sign-off
  6. 06

You can stop it in one call

A pause switch halts the agent at once. You hold it, not us.

    Pause switch

Agents make mistakes. These six limits keep every mistake small, visible and yours to stop.

06 The mark, services high NEWMotion: the five pieces of the 5bix mark drift in space as real, lit 3D solids. Scrolling pulls them together into the logo, it moves aside, and the six services step through one at a time. Each service lights its own piece and tints the whole page.
Cursor: the sculpture leans toward the pointer. Click a service to jump to it.
Phones: a still mark above a plain list.
What we build

Six disciplines,one standard.

What we build01 / 06
  1. 01

    AI agents

Autonomous agents for DeFi desks and DAO treasuries.

  2. 02

    Smart contracts

Built and tested by us, audited by an independent firm, before a single token moves.

  3. 03

    On-chain data

Indexers, pipelines and dashboards for the chains you run on.

  4. 04

    Fraud and risk

Models built to flag wash trades, sybil clusters and drains in near real time, with the false alarm rate reported.

  5. 05

    Tokenization and RWA

Real assets on-chain, with transfer rules, allowlists and reporting built into the contracts. Legal structuring stays with your counsel.

  6. 06

    Infra and MLOps

Nodes, models and monitoring built to stay up when the market does not.

The 5bix consulting framework

From a business problem to a system in production

Every engagement moves through the same five stages. Each one ends with something you can hold: a map, a report, a design, a working prototype, a live system.

Stage 01

Map

We start with the business, not the technology. Who runs the workflow, where money and data move, and what a mistake costs. You get a one-page map of the process and the one job worth automating first.

Stage 02

Assess

We read what you already have: systems, contracts, data quality, keys and permissions. You get a readiness report that says what can be used as it is, what must change and what the agent will need access to.

Stage 03

Architect

The target design goes on paper: chain and token standard, contract layout, models, data sources and the limits the agent runs inside. You get an architecture document, a fixed price and a launch date.

Stage 04

Prove

Before the full build is funded, we build the riskiest part. A working prototype on testnet, tested against real chain history, so the plan rests on evidence.

Stage 05

Ship

The full build, an independent audit and mainnet launch, with monitoring from day one. Admin keys sit in your multisig, your team gets a runbook, and we keep tuning the system with you.

Questions founders ask us

Straight answers to the questions teams ask before they book.

Have you shipped Web3 projects for clients before?

Yes. BitNautic puts shipping documents and payments on a blockchain, with a mobile wallet for its BTNT token. SlaySpace and SinghCoin are a creator platform with token rewards, with SINGH on BNB Smart Chain. Both are live and both are in the builds on this page, next to the AI and data products we have shipped.

Which chains have you actually deployed on?

BNB Smart Chain is live today with SinghCoin. EVM chains are where we build first: Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon and Avalanche share the same tooling. We also work on Solana and Sui.

Do you audit your own smart contracts?

No. We write tests, run fuzzing and static analysis, and review each other's code, but the audit is done by an independent third party before mainnet. We help you pick the auditor, book the window early, and fix every finding with you.

What can an agent do with our funds, and what stops it going wrong?

An agent only gets a scoped key that expires, never your treasury keys. It works inside spend caps and an allowlist of contracts, simulates every transaction before signing, and needs a human sign-off above a threshold you set. You hold a pause switch that stops it in one call.

Who owns the code, and who holds the admin keys after launch?

You own the code and the IP, and work happens in your repositories from the start. Admin and upgrade rights sit with your multisig, not with us, and we hand over a runbook so your team can operate without us.

Is eight weeks realistic, and how is it priced?

Eight weeks is our target for a tightly scoped first release, for example one agent and one contract system. Scope and the external audit queue decide the real date, and we give you that date at the end of week 1, not at the end of the project. Each engagement has a fixed price agreed in writing before we start. The independent auditor's fee is separate and quoted before you commit.

What happens after launch, and what if something breaks at 3am?

We stay on after launch: monitoring, alerts, and upgrades to models and contracts, with a monthly risk report. Alerts go to your on-call channel, and the incident steps are agreed and written down before launch, including who is on call in which hours and the response time.
